Xu Fu Ji was founded in 1992 by the four brothers of the Xu family from Taiwan, China. The main production base is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a total area of more than 500,000 square meters, 38 large modern workshops, and 126 high-quality automated production lines. It mainly produces snack foods such as candies, pastries, sachima, chocolate and jelly, and more than 1,400 styles of bulk and packaged candies, with a daily production capacity of more than 1,600 tons.


Xu Fuji has more than 140 branches and business offices, more than 2500 distributors, and thousands of sales teams operating and managing more than 250,000 terminal stores across the country. The products are sold throughout the country and exported to the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, Australia, Europe, Africa and other countries and regions.

1992年来自中国台湾的徐氏四兄弟在东莞展开了创业扎根。1994年徐福记品牌正式诞生,凭借16年成功的台湾市场销售与品牌锻造经验,推出专为过年喜气而设计的徐福记新年糖,成功地开创了新年糖文化。

1997年徐福记创新推出“专柜式”散装销售模式,实现多品类均一售价、消费者自选式购物的便利轻松,震撼风潮风靡至今。

Shaqima


沙琪玛起源于400多年前的清朝,是满族特色传统糕点。1993年徐福记的沙琪玛创新人,采用现代工艺进行二次创造,第一块“徐福记软质沙琪玛”由此诞生,2004年徐福记完成第一条全自动沙琪玛生产线投产,至今已有10条全自动化生产线。20多年的制作经验,徐福记沙琪玛一直坚持传承与创新,始终致力于产品的研发工作,发展出“香酥”和“松软”两个系列,持续为消费者提供优质美味的沙琪玛产品。2019年徐福记沙琪玛从产品组合,到配方和工艺,再到外包装设计全面升级,原料精选鲜鸡蛋,使用小麦粉,以独有配方制成松软可口,蛋香浓郁。在健康成为消费大趋势背景下,徐福记推出零蔗糖非油炸及减糖沙琪玛,并根据消费者喜好推出咸味芝士沙琪玛、混合口味和坚果沙琪玛以及一口食系列咸小方雪花酥

徐福记不断创新,向年轻化、高端化发展延伸出“新琪玛”子品牌。2019年推出主打休闲放松的咸味系列“芝士沙琪玛”及3支全新口味:蔓越莓酸奶,脆谷椰子和紫薯牛奶。后续依次推出咸脆有趣的“咸小方”、精致美味的雪花酥。而在2020年,更是迎合健康趋势推出无蔗糖的五谷牛奶酥。“新琪玛”创新的口味,混搭的原料,外观高颜值,入口层次丰富,美味碰撞恰到好处,每一款都个性迥异,总有一款最对味,未来徐福记将不断通过产品升级吸引新的消费者。

        2003年,徐福记创立针对6-12岁儿童的DODO糖果品牌,包含了棒棒糖、软条糖、泡泡糖3个品类。集中在传统小店销售,均以0.5元的价格面向消费者,希望儿童用最少的钱得到多种口味享受的同时,有更多的无限吃糖乐趣。


米格玛


        徐福记的第一根松脆米果卷在1999年诞生,松脆的外皮添加了多种谷物食材(玉米粉、大米粉、小麦粉等),经过先进挤压膨化工艺打造出细腻的外皮,里面包裹着咸香不腻的夹心,口感酥脆,咸香四溢,非油炸,不油腻!2008年,米果卷有了新的名字米格玛品牌。发展至今,米格玛产品不断研发新口味,包括:咸香芝士味、奶油玉米味、香烤牛排味、海苔芥末味、咸蛋黄味等。2020年品牌形象全新升级,以可爱有趣的玉米小人为主角,结合各式各样的形象,打造可爱有趣的全新包装风格。
